Welcome to WendQ. By using our app or website (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

WendQ helps you discover hidden places and generate suggested travel itineraries tailored to how you travel. WendQ provides suggestions and inspiration — not bookings, guarantees, or professional travel advice.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to subscribe or make purchases. You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.

3. Itinerary accuracy

Itineraries and recommendations are generated automatically by our planning technology and may contain inaccuracies — places may have changed, closed, moved, or have different hours, prices, or access than described. Always verify details independently (opening times, safety, bookings, travel requirements) before relying on them. You travel at your own risk.

4. Subscriptions & payments

• Exploring WendQ is available at no charge. A paid WendQ+ subscription is coming soon: an introductory $2.99/month USD for your first 3 months, then $4.99/month USD, subject to change. Prices in USD.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime through your app-store account; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period unless required by law.
• Where offered, free trials convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are also governed by their terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: breaking the law, infringing others' rights, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or scraping content at scale. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The WendQ name, brand, app, and original content are owned by us. You may use the Service for your personal travel planning. You may share generated itineraries you create; you may not resell or redistribute our content commercially without permission.

7. Third-party content

The Service may reference third-party places, images, or services. We don't control or endorse them and aren't responsible for their accuracy, availability, or your dealings with them.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recommendations will suit your needs.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WendQ and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any travel decisions made based on the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or where necessary to protect the Service or other users.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless your local law requires otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll post the updated version here and revise the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
